Strong at Midlife Community
This roadmap gives you a clear, personalized starting point โ no guessing, no overwhelm. Just the right next step for where you are right now.
"You're not broken. Your strategy just expired."Step 1 of 1
No pressure, no perfection. This month is about building the habit, not the intensity. Small consistent wins beat big dramatic starts every time.
Day 1โ3
This is your launchpad. 10 minutes a day, bodyweight only, inside the community. No gym required. Just show up for yourself.
Week 1
Before changing everything, focus on one nutrition habit: hitting 100g of protein per day. This single change can shift your energy, hunger, and body composition faster than anything else.
Week 2
Join the Step Challenge inside the community. A daily walk is not "just" a walk โ it's active recovery, stress regulation, and blood sugar management all in one.
Week 3โ4
You've built a base. Now it's time to introduce 2 days/week of beginner strength training. Think bodyweight squats, glute bridges, and rows. Nothing fancy โ just foundational movement patterns.
End of Month 1
Post in the community. Share a win โ no matter how small. Consistency over 30 days IS the result. From here, you're ready for the full IGNITE Method approach.

Book My Free Strategy CallYour body remembers more than you think. The key is coming back smarter โ working with your hormones, not against them. No extreme restarts.
Week 1
What stopped you last time? Injury, overwhelm, life circumstances? Identify it honestly. Your comeback plan needs to account for what derailed you before โ not just restart the same approach.
Week 1โ2
Even if this feels "too easy" โ do it anyway. It resets your nervous system, rebuilds the habit, and reminds your body what it's capable of. Humble beginnings, serious results.
Week 2โ3
If you're in perimenopause or postmenopause, your body responds differently than it used to. Higher protein, strength over cardio, and managing cortisol are your new non-negotiables. This isn't a setback โ it's new information.
Week 3โ4
Reintroduce compound lifts at moderate weight. Focus on form first, load second. Deadlifts, squats, rows, and presses are your foundation. Muscle is your metabolic engine โ build it back.
Month 2+
Consistency beats intensity every time at this stage. Focus on showing up 3x per week, hitting your protein, and sleeping 7+ hours. The results compound.

Book My Free Strategy CallGreat news: your fitness base is solid. Now let's add the piece that changes everything after 40 โ muscle. You're not starting over. You're leveling up.
Week 1
After 40, we lose muscle faster than we gain it โ and cardio alone doesn't stop that. Muscle protects your bones, boosts metabolism, and makes everyday life easier. This is the missing piece.
Week 1โ2
Before adding training, shore up your nutrition. Most active women are under-eating protein. Start tracking and aim for 100โ120g per day. Your cardio performance will improve too.
Week 2โ3
Replace two of your cardio sessions with strength training. Compound movements: squats, deadlifts, rows, presses. You don't need to give up what you love โ just shift the balance.
Week 3โ4
The secret to strength results: progressively challenge your muscles over time. That means adding weight, reps, or difficulty week by week. This is what makes the difference between maintenance and transformation.
Month 2+
Once you've got two consistent strength days, add a third. This is where your body composition starts to shift noticeably โ more muscle, less fluff, more energy, and yes, more confidence.
You've already got the discipline. Now let's direct it with a strategy built specifically for your body and this stage of life.
Book My Free Strategy CallYou're doing the work. Let's make sure the work is working for you โ specifically for your hormones, your metabolism, and where your body is right now.
Week 1
Most women who lift consistently are still under-eating protein. At 40+, you need more โ not less โ to maintain and build muscle. Track honestly for one week. Are you hitting 100โ140g per day?
Week 1โ2
After 40, recovery IS the training. Sleep, stress, cortisol โ these determine whether your hard work in the gym shows up on your body. If you're training hard but not sleeping well or managing stress, that's the bottleneck.
Week 2โ3
Are you actually getting stronger, or just maintaining? Pull up your last 8 weeks of training. If the weights haven't moved, you've plateaued. It's time to intentionally program progressive challenge.
Week 3โ4
8 weeks of structured programming designed for women who are ready to push. You'll have community accountability, weekly check-ins, and a clear plan โ not just a workout list.
Ongoing
You've built the foundation. If you want to stop guessing and start getting coached on your specific body, hormones, training history, and goals โ the IGNITE Method is built for you.
